You are surrounded by a vibration of sacredness, as this land itself is blessed by the presence of sadhus and saints. You can feel that the air you are breathing is spiritually charged. You start your day with the practice of Atma Kriya Yoga – a set of ancient spiritual techniques such as mantras, pranayamas and mudras, which have just one purpose: to awaken your soul’s connection with the Divine.

Achala
Achala started her spiritual journey at the early age of 16, and met her Satguru, Paramahamsa Vishwananda, at 17. Just a year later she became an Atma Kriya Yoga teacher and started to teach this ancient science of yoga and meditation in various countries. When she came across the science of Vedic Astrology in 2009, she fell in love with it – not because of its predictive accuracy, but because she realised that astrology is a powerful tool for personal and spiritual development. Currently an author of 5 books, she is also hosting a number of courses.
Govindadas
Similar to his wife Achala, Govindadas was pulled into a spiritual path at an early age after he discovered Atma Kriya Yoga. He met His Guru, Paramahamsa Vishwananda, when he was 21 years old. For years, he was fascinated with the idea of creating sustainable living spaces, built with respect to nature and the more subtle cosmic forces. He learnt Vastu Shastra from various teachers, including Mandodari, who had a privilege to learn this ancient science directly from Dr Ganapati Sthapati himself – a legend of Vastu Shastra. Currently He is also a Sri Yantra Teacher.
Rishika Abhirami
Rishika Abhirami is an Atma Kriya Yoga teacher with 15 years of experience, a lecturer on the Bhagavad Gita and other spiritual writings of India, teacher of meditation, mantras and mudras. Since 2007 she has been a student of Paramahamsa Vishwananda, and since 2014 she has been permanently residing in Vrindavan, India, and guiding many people through spiritual trips across India.
