IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. “Submit” button is greyed out until all required fields are completed. Only then it will turn blue.
2. After you click “Submit” button, if you are not redirected to “Thank you” page, it means that your registration was not submitted successfully. In that case scroll to the bottom of the page to check your errors and correct them.
3. After submitting your registration you can send us email to PVindiaadventures@bhaktib.in informing us about your application.
4. Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you cannot find it in your regular email.
