Varanasi – Ayodhya – Vrindavan
People from all over the world have always been drawn to the ancient and sacred abodes of Lord Rama, Krishna, and Mahadeva. Here flow the holy rivers of India: the Ganges in Varanasi, the Yamuna in Vrindavan, and the Ghaghara in Ayodhya. These rivers cleanse the sins of those who bathe in them and bestow bhakti – the most precious gift of life.
Varanasi
The abode of Lord Shiva, where he manifested as an infinite pillar of light and revealed to the world one of the twelve Jyotirlingams. Here, in his fierce form, he eternally guards Gauri, his beloved consort. Varanasi is home to two Shakti-pithas – places on Earth that embody the immense energy of the Divine Mother.
Ayodhya
The ancient city where Prince Shree Rama was born, spent His childhood and youth, and to which He returned after fourteen years of exile to ascend the throne. Lord Rama stands as the highest example of a righteous life and complete selfless love.
Vrindavan
The place where Shree Krishna performed His sweet lilas five thousand years ago. In Vrindavan, He played with His friends, tended cows, vanquished demons, and loved His beloved Radha. The Lord descended here to become someone’s friend, son, enemy, king, and lover. In every corner of Vrindavan, He left a part of Himself behind.
