I expressly agree that Bhakti Bharat and Bhakti Event GmbH (regarding virtual pilgrimages) can use my spiritual name for the purpose of contacting me. My consent is voluntary.

VIRTUAL PILGRIMAGE CONSENT

I agree that during the pilgrimage “Holi pilgrimage 2024” organised by Bhakti Bharat, 383 Sheetal Chhaya Raman Reti, Vrindavan 281121 Uttar Pradesh, India, pictures and/or videos of me as a participant may be taken by Bhakti Event GmbH for the purpose of providing a Virtual Pilgrimage and broadcast live on the Bhakti Marga website and for the use as a video on demand production for future Bhakti Marga Media Platform. This will make the data of religious or ideological conviction recognisable. DECLARATION OF CONSENT TO PHOTO AND/OR AUDIO/VISUAL RECORDINGS AND ITS PUBLICATION AND OTHER USE

I agree that pictures (photographs) and audio/visual recordings (including videos) of myself, my spoken word and any musical, dance or artistic performances may be taken during the “Holi pilgrimage 2024” by Bhakti Bharat, 383 Sheetal Chhaya Raman Reti, Vrindavan 281121 Uttar Pradesh, India and Bhakti Event GmbH Am Geisberg 4, 65321 Heidenrod Springen, Tel: 06124-609-1125, and that these pictures (photographs) and audio/visual recordings (including videos) may be published, broadcasted live and otherwise used by Bhakti Bharat and Bhakti Event GmbH worldwide for tv, print, online, social media and all other media without restriction. In particular, I voluntarily consent to their redesign, publication, distribution and making publicly perceptible (also in extracts) by Bhakti Bharat and Bhakti Event GmbH in all media and formats and for all purposes, including advertisement. My consent is voluntary.

I also consent to the foregoing to the extent that the photographs and audio/visual recordings may make my sensitive data of religious or ideological conviction according to Art. 9 GDPR recognisable. I agree that during the “Holi pilgrimage 2024” organised by Bhakti Bharat, 383 Sheetal Chhaya Raman Reti, Vrindavan 281121 Uttar Pradesh, India, that audio/visual recordings (including videos) of me as a participant and of myself, my spoken word and any musical, dance or artistic performances may be taken by Bhakti Bharat and Bhakti Event GmbH Am Geisberg 4, 65321 Heidenrod Springen, Tel: 06124-609-1125, Email, dataprotection@bhaktimarga.org and archived for the purpose of streaming/music-on-demand/video-on-demand (making available to the public at times and places of the user's choice) and livestreaming (realtime-streaming) on the Bhakti Bharat website and Bhakti Marga website or on the Bhakti Bharat and Bhakti Marga Facebook page, or on the YouTube channel of Bhakti Marga or on other internet based networks, platforms or mobile apps. In particular, I consent to the redesign, publication, distribution and making public perceptible (also in extracts) of this audio/visual recordings. My consent is voluntary.

TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

To the extent that artistic performances of mine are included in the audio/video recordings and I am entitled to ancillary copyrights (performance rights) thereto, I transfer these rights without limitation in an exclusive manner, unlimited in time, territory and content to Bhakti Bharat and Bhakti Event GmbH. The transfer of rights includes all kinds of use and exploitation of the performances and the recordings thereof through all distribution channels and in all formats via physical and non-physical uses (online and offline) including publication, broadcasting, duplication, distribution, streaming, making publicly available and perceptible. My consent is voluntary.

My consents are voluntary. I know that I can refuse to grant consent or can withdraw either of them at any time with future effect insofar as the consent relates to personal data. I can exercise my withdrawal rights vis-a-vis Bhakti Bharat via the following email legal@bhaktimarga.in and Bhakti Event GmbH via the following email dataprotection@bhaktimarga.org .
