Something really happens with the mind once you start to take care of the body. In parallel with the detoxifying body process, we also did mind-mirror workshop, which gave such insights you just can’t find on your own.
It was like breaking free from old behavior patterns as well as freeing oneself from old ways of thinking and the conditioning and emotions that you have carried for lifetimes.
I feel so much calmer, lighter (literally and mentally), my bodily issues have improved significantly, and I feel that I can more easily focus on what really is important. Iv learned so much about Ayurveda, myself and my mind and about others.
It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to just stop and reset. Take the time for yourself, give both the body and mind a huge break. And by this true healing can take place. I really wish everyone could have the opportunity to do this at least once per year!
